Abstract: ROTATE-eliminates the 'xy ' term from the general quadradic equation Ax2 + Bxy + Cy2 + Dx + Ey + F = 0 by counterclockwise rotation of the coordinate axes by angle theta. POLY-deals with polynomials. It contains routines for defining a polynoniial, inverting, integral, derivative, evaluation and fitting an equation to a set of points. PLOTIO-will plot up to 10 functions XYPLOT-will plot a function with the Y axis horizontally and the X axis vertically.
