HELPER: Editing and Renumbering BASIC-PLUS Programs, Version: June 1975 |
Source Language: BASIC-PLUS, Memory Required: 10K User area
Abstract: Program HELPER provides a means for editing BASIC-PLUS programs or formatted ASCII files. It can also be used to renumber any or all line numbers in a program or in a file with line numbers. Thirteen different commands are available for editing and renumbering, including commands for finding and changing of strings; adding, checking, listing or deleting lines; and several options for renumbering. HELPER also provides certain general services for which ten different conunands are available. The services include punching, narning, and cataloging programs and files; accepting messages; and providing numerous illustrative examples of all conunands. The design and documentation allow relatively easy modifications of the existing commands and addition of new ones.
