Abstract: This system stores and retrieves questions on a computer. To store questions on the computer, the user (secretaries or faculty) enter questions on a keyboard. To retrieve questions, commands are entered at a keyboard requesting questions to be printed out on a computer printer. Questions printed out on the computer printer can be either a listing of all questions entered and/or selected questions organized into a test. Tests printed on the computer printer can be printed directly onto either a ditto master or offset master for volume reproduction. In addition, the system has some editing features which make it possible to delete/ add lines to a question and change lines in question. The system includes a complete users manual written for people who have never used a computer before. A division secretary could readily use the manual.
