16K Abstract: When the "REACT" system program creates an account, the data for that account are merely appended to the end of the "$ACCT.SYS" file. Thus. "REACT" does not maintain "$ACCT.SYS" in sorted order. Further, changes to accounts made by "REACT" and "UTILTY" are not reflected in "$ACCT.SYS".
