Operating System: RSTS/E V6C

Source Language: BASIC-PLUS, Memory Required: 14K, Special Hardware Required: Cathode Ray Tube Terminals

Abstract: The package contains eight programs and three explanatory files dealing with the cursor addressability features of cathode ray tubes. Although tested only for ADDS (Consul 580/520 and Regent 100) CRT'S. the cursor function can be easily modified to accommodate most CRT'S. The largest program requires 14K of core memory. The files include:

  1. CURSOR.DOC General Instructions
  2. CURSOR.BAS Sample Cursor Functions
  3. GASES.BAS Simulation of Boyle-Charles Law behaviour
  4. GROUPT.BAS Symmetry operations for CH4 (TD Point Group)
  5. GROUPT.DOC Instructions/conventions for GROUPT
  6. HALFCE.BAS Balance equations by electron transfer
  7. INQUAL.BAS Simulation of inorganic qualitative analysis Groups I and II (together or separate)
  8. INQUAL.DOC Teacher information for INQUAL
  9. MLKAN.BAS Simulation of Millikan's oil drop experiment
  10. OREBAL.BAS Balance equations by oxidation number change
  11. TITRPL.BAS Titration plots of weak monoprotic acids variable K's and normalities
Documentation on magnetic media.
